A sleep questionnaire This is a comprehensive questionnaire helps me customize your child's action plan. Having this information ahead of time will allow us to make the most of our time together.

60-minute Consultation We will meet virtually or have a phone call to discuss a your childs customized action in detail. I will answer any questions that you have and discuss implementing the new sleep strategies.

 

Action Plan You will receive sleep action plan based on the specific needs of your child, with strategies that you can implement to get your child to start sleeping through the night and nap times too.

Sleep Logs I will send you sleep logs for you to keep track of your child's progress.

Follow up support 4 days of phone and text follow up support from Shena.
