Hi, I'm Shena Dovedoff, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, founder of Shena Dovedoff Sleep Consulting and proud graduate of The Sleep Sense Training and Certification Program.
When I am not talking or coaching about sleep, you will find me having fun adventures with my wonderful family. I am a mother to three beautiful children, Jordyn, Taylor and Blake and wife to a very busy Firefighter. My husband Josh not only spends countless hours of his time as a First Responder but he is also a devoted father and my business partner.
I spent years as a sleep deprived Mama, because my children did not learn how to sleep on their own. My lack of sleep was causing me to be mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted and it was staking it's toll on my whole family.
I needed help and fast! That was when I sot out the help of a sleep consultant. Learning the strategies to teach my little babes to sleep through the night was a game charger for our entire family. My amazing experience lead me to pursue a career in Sleep Consulting.
As a Sleep Consultant, I have dedicated my professional career to teaching parents the strategies to get their babies, toddlers and children to sleep through the night. My unique system lets me work together with parents just like you to find the best method that suits your Childs unique personality.
"I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have sleep success in their homes."
Working with Shena
I'll show you with proven tools and strategies you will need to teach your child independent sleep skills. My unique system allows us to work together to find the method best suited to your child's sleep habits and unique personality.
While most resources aimed at children’s sleeping issues “prescribe” a specific set of “rules” that you MUST follow and take a ‘one-size fits all’ stance, my methods provide flexibility to teach you the necessary sleep skills while accommodating different parenting styles. The bottom line is that you, as a parent, need to be comfortable with your new sleep plan to ensure that it will work for your child!

What Well Rested Parents Say
"Shena was amazing to work with! She really took the time to listen to our situation and concerns which were mainly not being comfortable with crying. Shena took the time to thoroughly review the plan she created so I was confident in how to proceed and react. She was there every step along the way, troubleshooting and making suggestions. She really tailored the plan to my sons personality, he is very persistent and intense. She was able to make adjustments based on him and her wealth of knowledge from experiences with other families. We went from mainly co sleeping to my little guy sleeping and napping in his crib!!! Thank you Shena!!!"
NAME / JOB / TITLE
"We had been struggling with establishing a consistent sleep routine for our 6 month old twins and a sudden appearance of a threenager who was resisting bedtime with every excuse in the book! Shena has been so instrumental in helping us return to a well rested state. She was very thorough in learning about the particulars of our situation and coming up with innovative solutions to our problems. I am so thankful (and lucky 😀) to have such a great resource in the family! Sleep is possible with 3 under 3! Thank you Shena."
"Our situation when I meet Shena was disparate. I was going back to work in one month and my 11 month old was still waking in the night every 2-3 hours. I was exhausted and didn’t know how to handle anything. Shena work with me, talked to me and explained everything so I knew what to do in every situation. We kept in contact everyday. My daughter is now a great sleeper. Shena even helped us transition to daycare and she is sleeping great there too. My daughter was completely graduated from the program before I went back to work. I couldn’t have done this without her. "
