Are you struggling to get your baby or toddler to sleep through the night?
Does this sound familiar:
Your child falls asleep fairly well at bedtime but wakes frequently throughout the night and needs you to “soothe” them back to sleep.
Your baby will only fall asleep while being fed and wants to feed at different times throughout the night.
Your child sleep well at night but has difficulty napping. May take forever to fall asleep for naps, but then wake after on 20 or 30 minutes.
Your little one needs some kind of motion (rocking, bouncing, swinging) in order to fall asleep at bedtime.
Your baby seems to have days and nights confused. Sleeps well during the day, but awake and energetic at night.
Sleep, just like eating is necessary for survival. When people eat an unhealthy diet, they become malnourished and their body suffers. The same is true for people with unhealthy sleeping habits. Lack of sleep causes them to become mentally malnourished and starves us of the energy we need to be happy and well adjusted.
Sleep deprivation is a powerful thing. Neglecting your own sleep needs can have damaging effects from a strain on the relationship with your spouse to poor work performance at your job. The most serious consequence of sleep deprivation is that it can lead to dangerous feelings of disappointment, resentment, or even anger. Sleep is undeniably important not only for your child but for you and the whole family. Sleep recharges the brain’s battery increases brainpower and keeps the mind alert and calm.
But there is good news... there is an easy solution!
Once your child is sleeping through the night most of these problems will go away.
I’ve helped families just like yours solve all of these common sleep challenges… and many more!
It’s 7:00 am Tuesday morning, you just woke up and the house is quiet. As you leave your bedroom and walk down the hallway to put on a pot of coffee you catch a glimpse of your self in the bathroom mirror. You stop and have a look. You look well rested (no bags under your eyes 😊) and you are feeling great!
You continue to the kitchen and put the coffee on. Everything in the house is calm and relaxing. As you’re waiting for your coffee to finish you start hearing a bit of chattering over the baby monitor. You look at your watch, it’s 7:15. You just wait and listen while your little one is softly waking up and babbling to herself.
Who would have thought that you could have your 6-month-old sleeping from 7 pm to 7 am every night and having long restful naps during the day?
It is possible and I can help!
I am a mom too! I have been there and know the struggles. As a Sleep Consultant, I have spent my professional career coaching and helping families teach their babies and toddlers to sleep through the night. A rested child leads to rested parents!
"I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to have sleep success in their homes."
I'll show you with proven tools and strategies you will need to teach your child independent sleep skills. My unique system allows us to work together to find the method best suited to your child's sleep habits and unique personality.
While most resources aimed at children’s sleeping issues “prescribe” a specific set of “rules” that you MUST follow and take a ‘one-size fits all’ stance, my methods provide flexibility to teach you the necessary sleep skills while accommodating different parenting styles. The bottom line is that you, as a parent, need to be comfortable with your new sleep plan to ensure that it will work for your child!
When parents entrust me as their child’s ‘sleep guide’ they are placing a great deal of faith in me. I want to let you know that I take this responsibility very seriously.
So how does it work?
My approach to improving your child’s sleep is simple.
This is what you can expect:
1. Honest and scientific information about WHY sleep is so important for your child’s well-being (and yours). This information provides a foundation for the motivation you need to make changes to your child’s sleep habits, even when it’s hard.
2. An easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that enables you to make choices about what is the right approach for your child. Nobody knows your child better than you do so we will work together to customize his/her sleep plan, based on their own unique personality and your family circumstances.
3. How to realistically measure success. No, you shouldn’t expect your child to sleep 12 uninterrupted hours on the first night — although it does happen! However, I will show you what you should expect along the way.
Let me ask you...
Are you ready to take back your evenings?
Are you ready to stop neglecting you own sleep needs?
Are you ready to wake up in the morning with energy?
If you ready to make a change, I would love to be your guide through your families sleep journey.

Here's what our clients are saying...
I purchased the let’s talk about sleep program from Shena. She worked with me to develop my sleep program for my 7 month old. The plan worked great and I was still able to contact Shena for support. I felt very supported through the entire plan. 😄
Shena really listened to our challenges and made a plan specific for my child. I was so worried going into this about crying, but to my surprise that was hardly any! Shena payed attention to our progress everyday and made suggestions and tweaked things when we needed it. I felt like Shena was just as invested in our success as we were. I’m so grateful for what Shena did for us and so is my husband.
